J-Spray XT is a dual-purpose wash down cleaner and fragrance enhancing spray designed specifically for portable restrooms and service truck water tanks. This versatile 3-in-1 solution cleans, deodorizes, and freshens, helping portable restroom operators maintain a cleaner, better-smelling unit with less effort.
For every 100 gallons (≈375 liters) of fresh water, add 1–2 oz (≈30–60 ml) of J-Spray XT. Use as a wash down solution for general restroom cleaning and to supplement deodorizer performance in the holding tank.

Washdown Cleaner
When mixed with water, J-Spray XT becomes an effective wash down cleaning solution with light sudsing action. It helps clean interior surfaces during a routine service while adding extra fragrance at the same time, leaving behind a clean restroom and a pleasant, lingering fragrance after every wash.
Freshens Water Tank On Truck
J-Spray XT can also be added to service trucks’ fresh water tanks to keep fresh water smelling clean while supporting wall cleaning, deodorizing, and odor control during wash downs, making it an excellent all-around maintenance product.
